The program targets individuals born between 1964 and 1981 (often referred to as Generation X), though program members range in age from their 20’s to their 50’s. Members include entrepreneurs, attorneys, financial advisors, marketing strategists, parents, and various business professionals. Members share an interest in becoming more engaged with their communities and commit to the following:

~ Participate in at least two of the core program components each year
~ Engage in inquisitive and supportive dialogues with peers
~ Make an annual financial gift to the Chester County Community Foundation at a level that is personally meaningful
~ Consider legacy philanthropy in future financial and charitable planning
