The Valor Bowl Fund

Mission Statement...
The purpose of this fund shall to be support non-profit fire and emergency service activities in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

About the Valor Bowl...
The Valor Bowl is an all-star game showcasing the best senior football players from Avon Grove, Coatesville, Conestoga, Downingtown East, Downingtown West, W.C. East, Great Valley, W.C. Henderson, Malvern Prep, Owen J. Roberts, W.C. Rustin, Kennett, Oxford, Phoenixville, Spring-Ford, Shanahan, and Unionville High Schools. Over the last eight years the Valor Bowl has raised over $200,000 for Special Olympics and our goal this year is to raise an additional $40,000! This year's game promises to be another exciting and memorable evening.

Proceeds from the game will benefit the Chester County Special Olympics. Pennsylvania Special Olympics provides children and adults with mental retardation opportunities to participate in year-round sports training and athletic competition. The athletes develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and share in the spirit of competition with other athletes. Pennsylvania Special Olympics serves over 27,000 athletes participating in 22 Olympic-type sports at over 300 local, sectional, and state-level competitions.

Valor Bowl 2010

Teamer Field on the campus of Conestoga Senior High School
Event Details:
The Valor Bowl is an all-star game showcasing the best senior football players from Avon Grove, Coatesville, Conestoga, Downingtown East, Downingtown West, W.C. East, Great Valley, W.C. Henderson, Malvern Prep, Owen J. Roberts, W.C. Rustin, Kennett, Oxford, Phoenixville,Octorara, Spring-Ford, Shanahan, and Unionville High Schools. Over the last nine years the Valor Bowl has raised over $250,000 for Special Olympics and our goal this year is to raise an additional $40,000! Valor Bowl 2009...
The 11th Annual Valor Bowl was held on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Memorial Stadium on the campus of Coatesville Senior High School.
