William M. Taylor Memorial Scholarship Fund

Mission Statement...
Ret. State Representative Elinor Z. Taylor created the Scholarship Fund at the Chester County Community Foundation from contributions which came to her in honor of her late husband.  “Establishing the Memorial Fund draws focus to the causes which William held so dear. As an educator, he helped students advance to reach their full potential. "This was first and foremost on his mind, every day of his career” said Elinor.

Donations of any size are most welcome, so that more scholarships and grants can be awarded annually.  Checks should be made payable to the William M. Taylor Memorial Fund and mailed to Chester County Community Foundation, 28 West Market Street, West Chester, PA 19382.
