(West Chester, PA – October 1, 2019): The Chester County Community Foundation recently welcomed Kathleen Wileczek, CPA and David Vermeil to the Board of Directors. Ms. Kathleen Wileczek is a partner at Umbreit, Wileczek and Associates, PC and Mr. David Vermeil is the Vice President of Wilmington Trust, an M&T Bank.
Kathleen’s practice Umbreit, Wileczek & Associates, PC provides tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting service with a focus on supporting the financial success of her clients.
Kathy is a longtime resident of West Chester, and is actively involved in business and community events, and is supportive of the area’s local non-profits. She is a current board member of the Chester County Estate Planning Council and The West Chester Downtown Foundation. She is a current committee member of March of Dimes for Chester County Women of Achievement.
When she is not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, their three children, and five grandchildren.
David is a Vice President; Senior Relationship Manager at Wilmington Trust Company. He works closely with clients and advisors to develop financial strategies in order to meet clients’ needs and plan for the future. He specializes in the investment and insurance sectors holding an executive position for two different investment advisory firms and working in the insurance industry prior to joining Wilmington Trust.
David has strong ties to philanthropy through his work with The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and The Chester County Estate Planning Council. David graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Marketing then continued to receive the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College of Financial Services.
