The purpose of this fund is to prevent and alleviate suffering by meeting critical basic needs such as homelessness, domestic abuse, at-risk youth and at-risk and lonely elderly. This fund also provides grants for educational opportunities for after school children’s programs, arts & culture therapy, especially for children and English literacy programs.
