The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award $3,750 to four Wilson College students to further their education. Wilson College (www.wilson.edu) is located in Chambersburg, PA. The school’s mission is to empower students through an engaged, collaborative, liberal arts education that combines the skills and focused study needed for success in work and life. January 31, 2020 – The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award New Bolton Center $14,285 for the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship. Established in 1998 by Dr. Charles W. Raker, V’42, the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship provides veterinary students with financial assistance and mentorships. WCU Students Demonstrate Benjamin Franklin’s Philanthropic Legacy through Annual Grant
