GRANT PROMOTION GUIDELINES

Funder Recognition

This is optional, but recommended for all grant recipients. The Chester County Community Foundation should be acknowledged as a funding source for your project. All printed or electronic media publications should follow the communications guidelines set forth below. The following guidelines will assist you with these promotions.

Types of recognition may include, but are not limited to:

    • Example: The XYZ project was made possible by a grant from FUND NAME at the Chester County Community Foundation.
  • Logos and Website: We encourage you to include the CCCF official logo where appropriate in sharing news about your grant and the program or project it supports. Please use this logo for your website (feel free to link the graphic to our website), printed materials and other documents.
  • Social Media: Spread the word about your project through your social media channels. You can tag CCCF on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • News Releases: Promote your project with a news release to local media. Here is a sample press release to help you get started.
