Mission
The purpose of the Dr. Charles A. Thomas and Mrs. Alice C. Thomas Scholarship Fund is to make scholarship distributions for charitable purposes to nonprofit educational organizations as recommended by the Fund Advisors and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation.

We celebrate the lives of Dr. Charles A. and Mrs. Alice C. Thomas. May they rest in peace. The Thomas’s spent their lives dedicated to making the West Chester Community a better place for all. They will be remembered for their dedicated service to education and civil rights.
