Mission Statement
The purpose of this fund is to assure annually awarded scholarships in honor of Superintendent Dr. Alan G. Elko to West Chester Area School District graduating seniors who have the potential to make a positive change in a array of areas that were important to Dr. Elko throughout his tenure.
