Resources for Human Development www.rhd.org RHD’s New Beginnings program https://www.rhd.org/contact-us/ is a comprehensive incubator that provides fiscal sponsorship and 501(c) (3) nonprofit status, technical assistance, full fiscal oversight, an annual audit, professional liability insurance, office space (for those programs that need it), access to topical workshops and other skill-building opportunities, meeting space at RHD, and payroll and human resources services for those programs that can afford to hire staff.  Located on Wissahickon Avenue in Philadelphia.
