LJS Memorial Legacy Fund



The LJS Memorial Legacy Fund was created by Karen Simmons in honor of her father, Larry Simmons. The purpose of the fund is to make charitable contributions to causes LJS cared deeply about, such as:

  • Wilderness conservation, outdoor recreation, hunting & fishing
  • Farming & agriculture
  • Swimming, life guarding, water rescue
  • Trade schools, especially cars & construction
  • Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, & Lewy body dementia research
