The purpose of the Allegretto Family Charitable Fund shall be to make distributions for charitable purposes to nonprofit organizations in the memory of John A. Allegretto. John passed away in April 2022 at the age of 61 near his home in Rancho Mirage, CA. He was a beloved father, friend, neighbor, and businessman.
