Listening to our community. Learning together.
Shaping what comes next.

As I begin my first year as President & CEO of the Chester County Community Foundation, I am starting with listening.
I want to hear from the people who know Chester County best, including nonprofit leaders and board members, community and civic leaders, donors and philanthropists, volunteers and community members, and our Community Foundation team.
I am listening to understand what is working, where there are opportunities, and how the Community Foundation can be an even stronger partner to our community.

Why I’m Listening
As we begin this new chapter, I believe the best way to understand where we can have the greatest impact is to listen to the people closest to the work.
Across Chester County, people are creating opportunities, caring for neighbors, and investing in the future every day. I want to understand what you are experiencing, what you are learning, and what you believe is possible.
These conversations aren’t about having the answers. These conversations are about asking good questions and identifying opportunities to work together to create the place where we want to live, raise our families, build our businesses, and thrive.
My goal is not simply to listen. It is to listen, learn, and use what I hear to help shape what comes next.
Follow the Journey
I invite you to be a part of this journey. The conversation doesn’t end with a listening tour. This is the beginning of our next chapter.
