Mission Statement
323 Charitable Fund is established to celebrate the life and honor the memory of the late Mrs. Harriet Barsky. The Fund aims to fill a gap in the treatment of cancer through monetary grants that provide hope, help, and happiness by assisting with the non-medical needs of patients with cancer, their families, and trusted caregivers. The Fund takes its name from her birthday (March 23rd) and connects three of her enduring attributes (hope, help, and happiness) to three groups of people often in great and under-recognized need.
A trusted advisory board of family, friends, and wellness professionals, in collaboration with the Chester County Community Foundation, will oversee the proper administration and usage of all funds.
