Mission Statement
The Adelaide Cole Bellows Scholarship Fund was created to honor the memory of Adelaide Cole Bellows, a teacher passionate about education and the arts. The award goes to a graduating senior in the West Chester Area School District who plans to pursue a career in education or the arts.
