About
Founded in 2013, the Long Term Recovery Committee of Chester County is committed to making Chester County more disaster resilient. While other organizations are dedicated to rapid, short-term relief, such as the American Red Cross and Salvation Army, the Long Term Recovery Committee helps the community and its residents gradually return to normal after a disastrous event. They develop a framework that ensures all residents are supported throughout the recovery process.
