Mission

The purpose of this fund shall be to make distributions for charitable purposes to nonprofit organizations and other charitable causes in the area of affordable housing in Chester County as recommended by the fund advisors and approved by the board of The Community Foundation. The New Beginnings Attainable Housing Fund raises capital and then deploys it, using grants and loans, for property development and rehabilitation projects that provides safe, affordable housing for the people of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
