TERF AWARDS $14,000 TO THE FOUNDATION FOR THE HORSE

December 9, 2021 The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award $14,000 to the Foundation for the Horse, the charitable arm of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP), to be used for research entitled: “direct and indirect effects of platelet rich plasma on neutrophil stimulation.”  The Foundation for the Horse’s mission is to improve the health and welfare of the horse, to further the professional development of its members, and to provide resources and leadership for the benefit of the equine industry. HISTORY IN THE MAKING: 22ND ANNUAL LITTLE LINCOLN GETTYSBURG ADDRESS CONTEST

(WEST CHESTER, PA – December 7, 2021): The Chester County Community Foundation was proud to host the 22nd Annual Gettysburg Address Contest on December 4. Seven “Little Lincolns” dressed up as President Abraham Lincoln and recited the Gettysburg Address from the steps of the Historic Chester County Courthouse as a crowd of family members, friends, teachers, and community members cheered the middle schoolers on. November 4, 2021 The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award Wilson College $16,000 to be used for scholarships of $4,000 to four students with equine and animal related majors.
