The website was launched with the overall goal of providing enhanced information about TERF, its mission and impact. TERF is also pleased to announce that its 2020 Grant application materials are now available on the TERF website. Applications are due April 1, 2020. January 31, 2020 – The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award New Bolton Center $14,285 for the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship. Established in 1998 by Dr. Charles W. Raker, V’42, the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship provides veterinary students with financial assistance and mentorships.
