Mission
The purpose of the Harold and Carol Wingerd Charitable Fund shall be to make distributions for charitable purposes to non profit organizations such as the Mission Endowment Fund at First Presbyterian Church in West Chester; ACT in Faith, and similar organizations which provide direct services to people in need in Chester County.
