MISSION STATEMENT
The Jeff Elko Memorial Fund honors the memory of Jeff Elko who worked with at-risk youth and children with disabilities for over 13 years. Jeff was known among his colleagues as “the child whisperer” because of his uncanny ability to calm and reassure children who were exhibiting severe symptoms.
One of Jeff’s favorite things to do for children was to provide them with new experiences.
In his honor, this fund has been created to provide future experiences and activities for children with special needs.
In the forty years he spent with us, Jeff taught friends and family memorable lessons about living life to the fullest.
This endowed fund ensures that the children he cherished will also have opportunities to live their lives to the fullest.
