Mission
The purpose of this Fund shall be to make annual grant distributions for charitable purposes to the Boy Scouts of America Chester County Council, restricted for Troop 76B Frazer, to be used to help deserving Scouts attend Camp Horseshoe, Philmont Scout Ranch, Sea Base, the Summit Bechtel Reserve, the Northern Tier, or another high adventure camp. The recipients will be chosen by Troop 76B leadership and approved by the Board of the Community Foundation.
