November 4, 2022 The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to announce the awarding of $62,389 in research grants that will support the goal of making racing safe. Commissioner Josh Maxwell to Run the NYC Marathon in Support of Mental Health Services
