WHO: Chester County Community Foundation and the West ChesterHistorical and Architectural Review Board WHAT: Amongst friends, family and community members, seven middle school students or “Little Lincolns” will put on their best Lincoln attire and proudly recite the Gettysburg Address. “Each student works extremely hard on their period costumes and presentation skills to deliver such a poignant speech,” comments and Joe Martino, event organizer.
