Whitford Charitable Fund Spreads Generous Holiday Cheer!

Stanley’s Dream Fund announces $5,000 grant award to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for Childhood Brain Cancer Research

The grant represented a portion of the proceeds raised by the Stanley’s Dream Fund in honor of their son, Stanley Austin Edwards, who passed away from brain cancer in 2002. NONPROFIT PEERS, LEARNING FROM EACH OTHER

(West Chester, PA – July 31, 2018): The Chester County Community Foundation is now accepting registrations for peer learning circles for Nonprofit Executive Directors, Nonprofit Development Managers, and Planned Giving Professionals.  Each peer learning circle is led by a skilled facilitator with extensive knowledge of the nonprofit sector who manages the process and discussion. Groups are confidential, supportive and focused on learning and action. In Memory of Bianca & Mykel: Mom of Road – rage victim seeks to help others

WEST CHESTER >> Michelle Roberson is giving back to the community that gave her so much support. Roberson lost her 18-year-old daughter Bianca back on June 28 when she was fatally shot in a case of road-rage on Route 100 back on June 28. In memory of Bianca as well as her late son, 22-year-old Mykel James Rowley, Michelle has teamed with the Chester County Community Foundation to establish a charitable grant fund.
