The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award Wilson College $16,000 to be used for educational purposes. Wilson College’s mission is to empower students through an engaged, collaborative, liberal arts education which combines the skills and focused study needed for success in work and life. The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award the Belmont Childcare Association, Inc. (BCCA) $10,000 to be used for educational purposes. The mission of the BCCA is to provide a safe, supportive, and academically inspiring environment for the children of parents working in the Thoroughbred racing backstretch area located at New York’s historic Belmont Park, Aqueduct Racetrack, and Saratoga Race Course.
