The Power of Collaboration with the Chester County Community Foundation

Some of the most effective charitable plans begin with a simple conversation.

An advisor may learn that a client wants to give back following the sale of a business. An estate planning attorney may discover that a client has included charitable giving in a will but is unsure how best to structure the gift. A financial advisor may hear a client express a desire to involve children or grandchildren in family philanthropy.

These are opportunities for collaboration.

By bringing the Chester County Community Foundation into the conversation early, advisors can help clients explore options before decisions become final. Together, we can consider the client’s charitable objectives alongside financial, tax, estate, and family considerations.

This collaborative approach can also make philanthropy more personal. Rather than simply asking, “How much would you like to give?” we can begin with a more meaningful question: “What do you hope your giving will accomplish?”

The answer often leads to a deeper and more rewarding philanthropic experience and for many, it often leads to leaving a charitable legacy, for good and forever

Yours in Philanthropy,
